Below you will find the links for all necessary steps to complete the prevention and training program. We recommend that you begin with the Checklist for Unidiversity Prevention and Training. It will provide you with all necessary information and steps to make this process as simple as possible. Please know that this training and these documents are required for ALL churches/groups who will be attending Unidiversity Youth Camp this summer.

1. Training

• Background Screening Form - submit by July 8th through the Online Registration Site

• Sexual Misconduct Training Video Discussion Questions

• Unidiversity Youth Camp Child and Youth Abuse Prevention Policy - a hardcopy of Page 10 should be submitted at Check-In on July 8.
