Every day is a full day!
Our day begins with breakfast in the cafeteria followed by Morning Celebration in the auditorium. Morning Celebration is a high-energy time of songs, fun, and craziness that wakes us up and gets us going for the day. Students get a sneak preview of the theme for the day and then spend some time with God through the Morning Devotions.
Bible Study: Groups of 15-18 teens meet in different classrooms on campus. Two to three students from each church gather with other youth from different churches for a truly diverse Bible Study experience.
Seminars: These “lecture-based” topics speak to the needs of students and take them on a deep level of learning. Past Seminar topics have included: Divorce and Me; Let’s Talk About Sex; Spiritual Disciplines; Praying in Color; Social Justice and Activism; How To Deal When Life Stinks; Where is God When…?; Movie Guide For Morons; What Would Jesus Drive; and Pastoral Care for Dummies.
Electives: Kickball, Dodgeball, Flag Football, Cooking, Photography, Line Dancing, Shagging, Tennis, Duct Tape Crafts, Arts & Crafts, Creative Writing, Choir, and Golf are a few of the different electives we have offered at camp.
Free Time: lasts for a couple of hours before dinner. Then, we all gather in the auditorium for worship.
Worship at Unidiversity is something we take seriously. A lot of time and energy and thought goes into each worship service so that each time we gather, our time and worship is worthy of God.
Before Church Group Devotions which ends each day, we have an Evening Activity of fun and fellowship. We sing karaoke, have Bible Study group competitions, eat ice cream, and have a lot of fun together.
Then, we go to bed so that we can do it all again the next day!
